The PGA's Accenture Match Play Championship is returning to the Ritz Carlton @ Dove Mountain in Marana AZ this year. Dates are Feb 20-26. A one of a kind event on the PGA tour. Yes, I had to read the headline a couple of times myself to make sure I was not misreading it! But according to this article, first published in the New York Times, it is happening. Behind the scenes and without a lot of headlines or fanfare they are evidently picking borrowers that have the Option Arm loans, with very low interest rates, reducing the principle with current rates, giveing the customers about the same monthly payment.
